We want your shawl to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery options.

UK Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Most parcels arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide at a flat rate of £8.99. International orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch, though delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Every order is sent with tracked delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delays or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If something doesn't look right, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
