We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund, no questions asked. Items should be in the same condition as when you received them, with tags still attached.

You're welcome to try items on as you would in store. To start a return, simply get in touch and we'll guide you through the process.

Something Not Right?

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please let us know and we'll take care of it. We will arrange a return at our expense and offer a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer.

All goods are covered by a minimum 2-year guarantee. If a fault develops within this period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection law.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for it to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.

We will refund the full price of the item including standard delivery. If you opted for express shipping, we'll refund the equivalent of our standard delivery charge.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. We'd recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

If your item arrived faulty or incorrect, return shipping is on us.
