Shipping is free within the UK. For international orders, delivery is a flat rate of £8.99.

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items should be in the same condition as when you received them, with tags still attached. To start a return, just get in touch with your order number.

For change-of-mind returns, we ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. If your item arrived faulty or incorrect, return shipping is on us.

All of our shawls are dry clean only. This helps preserve the fibres, colour, and softness over time. We'd recommend finding a dry cleaner experienced with delicate fabrics for the best results.

Keep your shawl folded in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Prolonged sun exposure can cause colours to fade over time. A drawer, wardrobe shelf, or fabric storage bag all work well.

All of our shawls are 40 × 80 inches (approximately 100 × 200 cm).
